Troubleshooting for Animated Products
Problem	Solution
Figure does not move	Gearing is probably stuck - slap figure on back to release.
Figure is Noisy	If the motor is making a lot of noise the gearing is probably stuck - slap figure on back to release. (Note: animated figures will have a motor sound - this is normal.)
Does not light (if equiped)	Check filament on bulb. Order a replacement bulb with our on-line order form. If your animated figure moves, but the light is out, order a replacement bulb.
Music does not work (if equiped)	Make sure battery contact is made. Check battery size, placement, and age. Clean contacts. Rubbing your thumb up and down over the batteries often works to establish contact.
Only one arm moves	In our animated figures, the arm holding the light never moves (for safety reasons)
