PROBLÈME	MESURE CORRECTRICE
Le personnage animé ne bouge pas	Gearing is probably stuck - slap figure on back to release.
Le personnage animé est bruyant	If the motor is making a lot of noise the gearing is probably stuck - slap figure on back to release. (Note: animated figures will have a motor sound - this is normal.)
Le personnage animé ne s’allume pas (si doté de lumières)	Check filament on bulb. Order a replacement bulb with our on-line order form. If your animated figure moves, but the light is out, order a replacement bulb.
La musique du personnage animé ne fonctionne pas (si doté de musique)	Make sure battery contact is made. Check battery size, placement, and age. Clean contacts. Rubbing your thumb up and down over the batteries often works to establish contact.
Seulement un bras du personnage animé bouge	In our animated figures, the arm holding the light never moves (for safety reasons)
