Q: What is the minimum amount needed to place an order?
A: We request that a minimum of $250.00 be placed for first time orders.
Q: What payment terms are available?
A: For first time buyers, we ask that orders be paid by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), Money Order or prepaid by check. When additional orders exceed $500.00, we conducted a credit check and consider net terms.
Q: How to file a Return/Defective product claim?
A: Contact a customer service representative by emailing info@holidaycreations.com Be prepared to furnish the following information: Company ID, Invoice Number, Item Number and Quantity. If a return authorization number has not been issued, a credit will NOT be given for defective or on hand returned merchandise. Under no circumstances is a customer to destroy or ship back merchandise without proper authorization from Holiday Creations. We will refuse any returns if there isn’t a return authorization number on the carton. After we receive all of the proper paperwork and/or merchandise, a credit memo will be issued.
